Booking Policies
- You can confirm your reservation only after depositing a deposit of 1/3 of the final amount within 5 days of the day of booking.
- In the event that you do not deposit during this period, your reservation is considered void.
- Check in time in the room is after 14:00
- Check out time until 12:00

Cancellations / Reservation Changes
- If canceled up to 25 days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded within 30 days.
- For cancellations less than 25 days prior to arrival, the deposit is not refundable.
- In case of early departure, the customer is required to pay 50% of the remaining days in addition to the overnight stays.
- In the event of a one day stay, the client is required to pay the total cost of the reservation.
- In case of booking multiple rooms, the deposit applies to each room separately and in case of cancellation or more rooms is not offset with the remaining rooms of the reservation.
